We are writing this letter to express our appreciation for the excellent service we received from your employees in a situation we experienced on 5/15/07 when our garage door came off the tract when we closed the door. I was in need of immediate access to the garage as I was supposed to drive a classic car that was housed in my garage to the airport later that evening to show to a prospective buyer who was coming from out of state.
I spoke to Michele at your office to schedule service and explained to her my need for service that same day if at all possible. She originally said all she could schedule next-day service because it was so close to the end of the day, but would do all she could to get a technician out that day. She called back and said that she got in touch with Jim, and even though he had finished his workday, he agreed to come over and help me out. He arrived in a short time and put the door in temporary working order until he could get some new parts and come back to permanently repair in the next few days.
Because of this excellent service, I was able to keep my appointment and the car was sold. Michele was just great and went the extra mile and Jim understood my situation and came out to help even though he was off for the day.
